Great experience! It’s been at least 7 to 8 months since I’ve been to the gym. I recently went to the 5am class and I’ll tell ya — For only an hour worth of workouts, I feel every bit of it. This is a great investment! I went to the level #2 class due to my schedule and I thought it’d be too hard, but it was great! Sign up!!! lol

This is an inclusive gym that will make anybody feel welcome.
People of all fitness levels and backgrounds will find a place here. There are classes for beginners and the coaches do a great job at modifying and providing scaling options for those that need.This place is honestly one of the spaces that makes Dallas feel like home!

This would be one of my favorites. Cool Community—and as added bonus: the NICEST showers / bathrooms of any crossfit box I have EVER seen. highly recommend!
