24 Hour Access Rules
24-Hour Access Rules and Guidelines
1. If more than one person is entering the gym at the same time, each member needs to unlock/scan in on their own. NO HOLDING THE DOOR.
2. Do not touch or adjust the thermostat, it is set on a schedule.
3. Do not bring or otherwise allow a person that is not an approved member or guest of the facility to access the facility without permission of management.
4. Do not bring or otherwise allow a person younger than 18 years of age to access the facility without permission of management.
5. You may use the facility outside of regularly scheduled class. Doors will be unlocked during class times.
6. Athletes alone in the gym should keep their HybridAF app nearby in order to use the 911 feature if required. In an emergency, press the button, which will assist you in calling 911.
7. ALL Garage doors must remain closed during all non-class hours, including both smaller doors to the turf (main floor, back room).
8. Music must be played on headphones, cell phones, or mini speakers during the hours of 10pm – 4am.
9. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted in the gym at any time.
10. Only use equipment you understand how to use. Inspect the equipment to make sure it is properly functioning prior to using the equipment. Utilize a spotter (as necessary) whenever lifting heavy weight. Make intelligent decisions when choosing to lift heavier loads over 85%.
11. Stop exercising if you experience a potential injury and seek medical attention.
12. Inspect your surroundings to make sure equipment and weights are not obstructing your intended exercise and remove potential trip hazards from the floor.
13. Notify management and all other members using the facility if any equipment is not working properly or if you notice any potentially dangerous conditions within the facility.
14. The gym is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras.
15. Do not touch, move, or unplug any security cameras.
16. Do not touch or change any door locks.
17. Turn off lights and music (switches by the front door and side door) and shut and make sure all doors are locked when you leave.
18. Any items taken from the Retail Section must be noted on the retail purchase list at front desk. Failure to report is considered stealing and will be dealt with accordingly.
19. Return all equipment, chalk, and/or other gym supplies to their designated storage place after using the equipment and pick up any items or trash brought into the gym or bathrooms.
20. There will be no access allowed on Sunday between the hours of 10pm – 3am to allow our cleaning crew to clean the facility.
